On April 8th, the 11th edition of the Gipsy Culture Awards was held because of the celebration of the International Day of the Gypsy People. These awards cover different artistic, social and academic fields as well as contributing to the enrichment of the gypsy culture.

In this event, our founder, Luis Adame, patron of the Institute of Gypsy Culture, gave the music award to the guitarist Pepe Habichuela, according with the commitment of Tablao Cordobés Barcelona with the protection of gypsy culture and flamenco.

In this 11th edition of the Gipsy Culture Awards where the Culture Secretary of State Fernando Benz, other personalities such as Antonia Amador “La Chana” and the world champion of Muay Thai, Sebastián Vargas have also been awarded.
