The Jerez Festival brings together regular artists from Tablao Flamenco Cordobes

Between the 22nd of February and the 9th of March flamenco is present at the Jerez Flamenco Festival. The 23rd edition of one of the most important flamenco events will start in 2019 with a wide range of shows, courses and workshops for all flamenco lovers. In addition to disseminating this cultural event, the festival serves as training through courses and workshops for students from more than 30 countries, something that highlights the international dimension of the analuz contest. In its 23rd edition, the Jerez Flamenco Festival brings together artists of international stature with a great professional career. These include the presence of regular artists in Tablao Flamenco Cordobes and flamenco in Barcelona, such as the dancers Paloma Fantova, Águeda Saavedra and Jesús Carmona.

The Catalan bailaor (flamenco dancer) will perform the show ‘Amator’ together with his company at the Teatro Villamarta on 26th February, while the bailaora Paloma Fantova will present her show ‘Cuna’ at the Sala Paúl on Thursday 7th March. Águeda Saavedra, for her part, will dance as a guest artist on 4th March in Adrián Santana’s show ‘Simbiosis’. In addition, there will also be performances by regular artists in Tablao Flamenco Cordobes such as Manuel Tañé or Hiniesta Cortés among others.
