In May, Tablao Flamenco Cordobes presents a curated lineup of artists recognized in the most prestigious flamenco competitions, with international careers and experience in leading companies and stages.

A program designed for those looking for an authentic flamenco show in Barcelona with top-level artists and proven trajectories.

Raquel “La Repompilla”
Raquel Heredia Reyes (Málaga, 1979) began her career at a young age within a renowned flamenco family.
At 15, she debuted in tablaos in Manhattan (New York), launching an international career that has taken her to countries such as the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Morocco, Turkey and Norway.
She has performed in major flamenco cycles such as Flamenco Viene del Sur and the Málaga Biennial, and as a soloist in venues including Teatro Cervantes (Málaga), Gran Teatro Falla (Cádiz) and Teatro Alhambra (Granada).
She has shared the stage with Antonio Canales, Miguel Poveda, Carmen Linares, Marina Heredia and members of the Farruco family.

Karime Amaya
Received the Revelation Artist Award at the Festival de Jerez in 2013.
Between 2002 and 2006, she performed at the International Flamenco Festival of Albuquerque (USA), sharing the stage with Farruquito, María Pagés and Israel Galván. In 2004, she completed a six-month residency at the tablao El Flamenco in Tokyo.

In 2012, she presented her show Desde la Orilla at the Festival de Jerez and took part in productions such as Abolengo (Farruquito) and Dicen de mí (Joaquín Cortés), touring internationally until 2013.

In 2024, she participated in Flamenco Legacy, a tribute to Paco de Lucía, alongside artists such as Diego El Cigala, José Mercé and Rubén Blades.

She has worked with Tomatito and Gerardo Núñez and performs regularly across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Juan Tomás de la Molía
Juan Tomás de La Molía (Cádiz, 2000) won the First Prize at the National Flamenco Art Competition of Córdoba in 2022, the Flamenco Puro Award at the Festival de Jerez in 2020, and was named Revelation Artist at the Festival de Jerez in 2024.

In 2016, he won second prize at the Andalusian Young Flamenco Competition and first prize in 2019.

He trained at José Galván’s academy in Seville and studied with Farruquito, Javier Barón and Milagros Mengíbar at the Cristina Heeren Foundation.
Since 2017, he has toured internationally across France, the Czech Republic, Poland, the United States, Cuba and Brazil, performing at festivals such as WOMEX and venues like the Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris.
In 2022, he premiered his solo show Presente at the Festival de Jerez and joined the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía.

Águeda Saavedra
Águeda Saavedra received the Revelation Artist Award at the Festival de Jerez in 2022 (26th edition) and the Venencia Flamenca Award in 2022.
She trained at the Professional Conservatory of Málaga and completed her studies at the Carmen Amaya Conservatory in Madrid with top honors.
She has worked with companies led by Manuel Liñán (Nómada), Daniel Doña (Rew) and Jesús Carmona (Ímpetu’s), and has performed in productions within the Lorca cycle at the Generalife.
She has also been a soloist with the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía under Úrsula López

Marta Cañizares
Received the Best Dancer Award at Málaga Crea in 2018.
She trained at the Pepa Flores Professional Conservatory in Málaga and later at the Ángel Pericet Higher Conservatory.
Since 2015, she has been part of the Antonio Andrade Flamenco Company, touring internationally across Europe.
In 2024, she joined Mercedes de Córdoba’s company, performing in OLVIDADAS, premiered at the Seville Flamenco Biennial.

Cristina Soler
Trained at the Reina Sofía Conservatory in Granada, the Andalusian Dance Center (Seville), and the María de Ávila Higher Conservatory in Madrid.
In 2013, she was awarded a scholarship by the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía during the production En la memoria del cante 1922, directed by Rafaela Carrasco.

She has worked with Eva Yerbabuena, Rubén Olmo, Daniel Doña, Marina Heredia and Rafaela Carrasco, performing in international tours across Europe and the Americas.
In 2020, she premiered her first solo production, Los Males de España.

Carlos Velázquez
Carlos Velázquez trained at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid and at Amor de Dios with masters such as El Güito and Rafael de Córdoba.
He has performed as a soloist with companies led by José Greco, Rafael Aguilar and the Ballet Flamenco de Madrid.
He has toured internationally in Japan, the United States, Germany, Italy, Israel, China and Taiwan.
He has participated in productions such as Carmen and Il Trovatore under the direction of Franco Zeffirelli.

El Tete
Ricardo Fernández “El Tete” (Badalona, 2000) was born in Sant Roc within a flamenco-rooted Romani family.
He grew up surrounded by professional flamenco artists, with strong influences from Joaquín Cortés, Farruquito, José Maya and El Yiyo.
He was a finalist at the National Flamenco Art Competition of Córdoba in 2025.
He performs regularly in Barcelona at venues such as Tablao Flamenco Cordobes and El Duende. His dancing combines strength and technical control, shaped by contemporary flamenco influences.

Susana Sánchez
Won the First Prize at the Flamenco Puro Competition (professional soloist category) at the Festival de Jerez in 2020, as well as the Las Gabias Flamenco Festival Award in 2010.
She trained with Mario Maya, Eva Yerbabuena, Andrés Marín and Belén López.
She has performed in tablaos such as Cardamomo (Madrid), Torres Bermejas, El Arenal (Seville) and Tablao Flamenco Cordobes, alongside international tours in Europe and Asia.
In 2021, she founded her own company, premiering De Tránsito and Etéreo.
