Rocío Reyes
Born in Seville, Rocío Reyes began dancing at the age of 6. She pursued professional dance studies at the "Matilde Coral" Dance School, specializing in Flamenco, and further expanded her training with renowned artists such as Rafael Campallo, Milagros Mengíbar, Javier Barón, Susana Casas, El Junco, Juan Polvillo, and La Choni, among other professionals.
She was born in Seville, where she began dancing at the age of 6. She studied professional dance at the Escuela de Danza “Matilde Coral”, specializing in Flamenco, expanding her training with artists such as Rafael Campallo, Milagros Mengíbar, Javier Barón, Susana Casas, El Junco, Juan Polvillo and La Choni, among other professionals.
She has been part of the flamenco company Antonio Andrade, touring with the show Carmen, as well as in the flamenco company Juan Polvillo, with whom she has participated in the programming of the XXII and XXIII editions of the Festival Flamenco de Jerez.
We can see her in different tablaos of the national scene. With a degree in psychology, she combines touring and performing with her work as a teacher and director of her own dance school, Rdoble Flamenco.
Recently, she won first prize for the ‘Cantiña de Pinini’ in the CreArte Flamenco Dance Choreography Contest, held in Utrera (Seville) last December.
