This August, Tablao Flamenco Cordobes continues its grand celebration of its 55th Anniversary, bringing together flamenco legends for an extraordinary event. Experience an authentic flamenco show in Barcelona that blends tradition, passion, and artistic excellence on an iconic stage.
Belén López, the acclaimed dancer from Tarragona, returns to the Authentic Tablao in Barcelona to ignite the stage with her power and sensitivity. A winner of prestigious awards such as the National Flamenco Award “Mario Maya” (2004), the Revelation Artist Award at Corral de la Pacheca (2005), and the Desplante Prize at the Festival de las Minas in La Unión (2016), Belén is known for her temperamental and virtuosic dance style. In 2024, she premiered her latest work, Latidos, at Teatros del Canal—an intense exploration of the journey from fear to hope, showcasing her maturity and artistic depth.

At the end of August, the stage will light up with an unmissable performance featuring Rosario Toledo, Miguel Ángel Heredia, and Raúl Ortega.
Rosario Toledo is one of flamenco’s most original voices—restless, creative, and deeply rooted in tradition while embracing innovation. Her unique style firmly establishes her as a leading figure in contemporary flamenco.
Miguel Ángel Heredia, from Jerez, has developed an outstanding career that merges performance, teaching, and artistic innovation. He was awarded Revelation Artist at the Festival de Jerez (2017) and is praised for his versatility in both dance and singing, as well as his international presence, including a significant teaching role in Japan and his current collaboration with Manuel Liñán’s company.
Raúl Ortega, a Madrid native, is a globally recognized flamenco artist. His productions such as Flamenco, Hermanos de baile, and Flamenco Inside have captivated audiences worldwide, with over 50,000 spectators across five triumphant seasons.
Throughout August, audiences can enjoy the magic of these artists sharing the stage in unique duets and trios that exalt the essence of true flamenco.
The lineup also includes performances by Susana Casas, Rafael Ramírez, Paula Salazar, and Sandra Cisneros, promising an unforgettable month of flamenco in Barcelona.

BELÉN LÓPEZ
Born in Tarragona, Belén López has enjoyed an international career from a young age. After graduating from the Dance Conservatory of Madrid (2001–2002), she became the principal dancer for four seasons at the prestigious Arena di Verona, performing in operas Carmen and Il Trovatore under the direction of Franco Zeffirelli. In 2005, she founded her own company, earning critical acclaim.
Belén has received numerous honors: National Flamenco Award “Mario Maya” (2004), Revelation Artist at Corral de la Pacheca (2005), and Desplante Prize at the Festival de las Minas (2016).
Her impeccable technique, powerful footwork, and expressive style have been described as "temperamental and virtuosic." Her 2024 show Latidos delves into themes of fear and hope, affirming her emotional and artistic depth. As both a performer and teacher (notably at Amor de Dios), Belén is a powerhouse of modern flamenco.
ROSARIO TOLEDO
A dancer and choreographer from Cádiz, Rosario Toledo holds a degree in Spanish Dance from the Conservatory of Seville. Her flamenco roots are fused with theatricality, expressive nuance, and a commanding stage presence.
After early work with Charo Cruz, she joined the companies of Manuela Carrasco and Antonio “El Pipa,” performing internationally and collaborating with artists like Javier Latorre, Israel Galván, Miguel Poveda, and Dorantes.
Notable works include ADN (2015), Pintoresca (2013/14), and Flamencos de la tacita (2018 Bienal de Sevilla). She has won several awards, including the Giraldillo for Best Show (2012 Bienal de Flamenco).
Rosario embodies a singular voice in flamenco: innovative yet grounded in tradition.
MIGUEL ÁNGEL HEREDIA
Born in the San Telmo district of Jerez, Miguel Ángel Heredia is a talented flamenco dancer and singer. Trained under masters such as Manuela Carpio, Farruquito, and Marco Flores, he began his career at the iconic El Lagá de Tío Parrilla.
He toured Italy with Manuel Morao's company and has since performed across top tablaos and Andalusian festivals. Internationally, he’s toured extensively in Europe and Japan, where he teaches annually.
Heredia performed in the Tokyo Flamenco Festival honoring Paco de Lucía in 2015 and starred in productions like Sentío cabal and Trémula (with Alberto Sellés), praised for their emotional power and technical finesse. In 2017, he won the Revelation Artist Award at the Festival de Jerez.
SUSANA CASAS
Born in Seville, Susana Casas began dancing at age 8. She trained with José Galván, Matilde Coral, and Manolo Marín. From 1998–2004, she was part of Cristina Hoyos’ Ballet, starring in works like Yerma.
She later joined the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía and debuted her own show Por un sueño in Cádiz and later in Shanghai during Expo 2010. Her accolades include the Farolillo de Oro, National Matilde Coral Award, and top prizes at festivals in Barcelona and Cádiz.
RAFAEL RAMÍREZ
A dancer, choreographer, and director from Estepona, Rafael Ramírez gained international acclaim after a tour through the U.S., where his show was named “Best Dance Performance in Florida.”
His piece Entorno earned the Revelation Award at the Festival de Jerez 2023. He’s created multiple original works and collaborated with companies like Antonio Andrade, Carmen Mota, and María Pagés. He received the Desplante Prize (2021) and continues to shape modern flamenco.
PAULA SALAZAR
Originally from Málaga, Paula Salazar trained in top schools in Andalusia. She danced in Rubén Olmo and Joaquín Grilo’s companies and in 2022 earned second prize at the Festival de las Minas. Her first solo show Amor Fati debuted at the 2024 Festival de Jerez, and she recently performed her latest solo Preludio in Paris.
SANDRA CISNEROS
From Málaga, Sandra Cisneros has been recognized for her solo work since youth. A graduate of the Pepa Flores Conservatory, she was runner-up at the 2019 Villa Rosa Tablao competition and a semi-finalist at the Festival de las Minas (2022). She has created artistic and educational projects across Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Her current project, María del alma mía, explores the life of philosopher María Zambrano and is featured in the Bienal de Flamenco de Málaga.
RAÚL ORTEGA
Raúl Ortega, born in Alcorcón (Madrid), is a global flamenco star. He debuted in 1996 with María Rosa’s company and became lead dancer and choreographer for flamenco icons like Antonio Canales, María Pagés, and Luisillo.
He’s known for leading roles in Rafael Amargo’s works and has performed worldwide—from Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre to the Dubai Shopping Festival.
His creations (Flamenco, Hermanos de baile, Flamenco Inside) have drawn over 50,000 spectators. In 2024, he celebrates 25 years on stage with a special commemorative show.
NOEMÍ FERRER
Born in Barcelona, Noemí Ferrer trained under flamenco legends like Farruquito and Antonio Canales. She began her professional career in 2015 at Tablao Flamenco Cordobes and now performs regularly at renowned tablaos across Spain, including in Madrid.
ANDREA TOMÁS
Also from Barcelona, Andrea trained in Jerez and worked with top artists including Miguel Ángel Heredia and Raúl Ortega. She has toured internationally with the Antonio Andrade Flamenco Company and regularly performs in Spanish tablaos.
