Antonio Campos Saavedra was born in Barcelona in 1983 in the neighbourhood Bon Pastor. He was raised in a flamenco ambiance and his grandfather was Porrina’s cousin.

Antonio Campos Saavedra was born in Barcelona in 1983 in the neighbourhood Bon Pastor. He was raised in a flamenco ambiance and his grandfather was Porrina’s cousin.

His professional debut was in 2004 at the age of 21 in a show of the “Fórum de les Cultures” with the dancer Costi El Chato, sharing stage with great performers such as Farruquito, El Torta or Marelu.

After his professional debut he was trained as a professional singer in Tablao Flamenco Cordobes, working with great artists such as Karime Amaya, La Susi, Pastora Galván, Jesús Carmona, Angelita Montoya, Guadiana, El Junco, El Farru, Patricia Guerrero, José Maya, Alfonso Losa, Marcos Flores, Olga Pericet or La Moneta. He ended his training with great singers to dance such as Manuel Tañé, Antonio Villar, Rubio de Pruna or El Coco.

In Tablao Flamenco Cordobes he has participated in the following shows: “La Aristocracia del Flamenco (III) – Flamenco Barcelona”, “Flamenco Barcelona – Continúa… Sólo Flamenco”, “Angelita Montoya – Flamenco Barcelona”, “Lucía la Piñona – Flamenco Barcelona”, “La Piñona, Jesús Carmona y David Cerreduela – Flamenco Barcelona”, “Mujeres: La Susi y Pastora Galván – Flamenco Barcelona”, “Continua la Aristocracia del Flamenco con Remedios Amaya y su Familia” and “Barcelona Flamenca”

He has worked also in several theatres such as the Victoria Theatre in Barcelona, the Apolo Theatre in Barcelona or the Almuñecar Theatre in Granada.

He is a young promise of the Catalan sing with a high talent still growing.
