Gloria del Rosario

Gloria del Rosario, flamenco dancer born in Seville on April 6, 1995, represents the essence of the Sevillian School with a style that combines elegance, strength, and authenticity. From an early age, her artistic curiosity and creativity led her to begin her dance studies at the Professional Conservatory of Dance Antonio Ruiz Soler in Seville (2008–2014).

After completing high school, she devoted herself entirely to flamenco, convinced that her true vocation was to dedicate her life to this art. Her passion and discipline earned her a place at the Centro Andaluz de Danza (CAD), where she trained under renowned masters such as Rubén Olmo, Ana María Bueno, Miguel Ángel Corbacho, and Rocío Coral (2016–2018).

Always eager to expand her knowledge, Gloria studied with flamenco legends such as Merche Esmeralda, Carmen Ledesma, Antonio Canales, Andrés Peña, and Manuela Carrasco, among others. This constant pursuit of learning allowed her to develop her own unique style, blending tradition and innovation to create an expressive and deeply personal artistic language.

Her philosophy can be summed up in her own words:
“Dancing is living; it is a constant journey of learning where flamenco and every discipline I embrace teach me how to be, to feel, and to create.”

Alongside flamenco, she has trained in Spanish dance, contemporary, and classical dance, enriching her versatility and artistic perspective. With her dedication, discipline, and passion, Gloria has become a complete performer capable of captivating audiences worldwide.

Professional Achievements

• 2014: First Prize – Provincial Federation of Flamenco Associations of Seville.

• 2015: Awarded El Madroño Flamenco in Montellano, by Peña Flamenca El Madroñero (Honorary President: Juan Mena).

• 2018: First Prize – Tablao Villarosa Competition.

Since then, she has continued to grow artistically, performing on prestigious stages and tablaos. Today, Gloria del Rosario is part of leading productions in Spain, with regular performances in Barcelona Flamenco tablaos, where audiences experience the passion and authenticity of a true Flamenco show in Barcelona.
