Juan Jose Santiago Cortes de Nayeli was born in Reus (Tarragona) on October 21, 1987, in a gypsy family of Andalusian roots (Granada and Jaen). It was his grandfather El Toronchero, a flamenco fan, who leads his beginnings in flamenco singing, also enriched by Antonio Núñez Chocolate, Manolo Caracol, Tomás Pavón, Antonio Mairena and Niña de los Peines; or newer, Camarón de la Isla, Duquende and Juana la del Pipa, among others that were completely permeating his nascent spirit of singer.

Begins his inception in traditional gypsy celebrations. Being 15 years old he debuts at Flamenco Clubs (Peña Andaluza El Corral de la Pacheca and Peña Andalusia), from there, his vocation for singing and devote his life to music.
His professional experience begins at the stages of Barcelona. Collaborates with the 45th anniversary of Tablao Cordobés “The Aristocracy of Flamenco” sharing the stage with Juan de Juan, Belén López, Karime Amaya, Jesus Carmona, among others. Accompanied Antonio Fernández Montoya “Farruco” on his tour tour with the show “For a Dream”. Should also be noticed his performances with artists like La Tana, Costi, El Chato, Joaquin Gomez “El Duende”, Iván Alcalá, etc. He was claimed to collaborate in the recording of Antonio Santiago “El Nene”’s “Sun Street” Olga Pess’ “Good condition”, Músics Maya studio “And if the moon will tell”.
He currently resides in Barcelona, working on the best stages of Barcelona, expressing the truth of his flamenco singing.
