Sara Caro

Flamenco dancer born in Puerto Real, Cádiz, in 2007. From a very young age she showed a natural passion for dance, beginning her flamenco training when she was just two years old. She started her artistic education in local academies in Cádiz before continuing her studies at the Professional Dance Conservatory Maribel Gallardo, where she developed a strong technical foundation in flamenco dance.

She later continued her training in Jerez de la Frontera, studying with renowned flamenco masters such as María del Mar Moreno, Chiqui de Jerez and Miguel Ángel Heredia. These formative years allowed her to absorb the rhythm, elegance and emotional depth that characterize the flamenco tradition of Andalusia

In 2024 she obtained her Professional Degree in Flamenco Dance and continued her artistic training in Seville at the prestigious Cristina Heeren Foundation, one of the most respected flamenco schools in the world.

Early career and international projection

Sara Caro began her professional career at a very young age. At just 15 years old she joined the company of María del Mar Moreno and participated in the show Mujeres de Cal y Cante, sharing the stage with renowned flamenco artists such as Juana del Pipa, Antonio Malena and Carmen Grilo

She soon started to gain recognition in important flamenco competitions. Sara became a finalist in contests organized by the Federation of Flamenco Associations of Seville and in the Concurso Internacional Flamenco Puro in Andalusia. Her growing reputation also took her to international stages, including performances at the Dubrovnik Festival in Croatia.

International award and arrival in Barcelona

In August 2025 she won the First Prize for Alegrías Dance at the International Competition “La Perla de Cádiz”, an important recognition that confirmed her as one of the most promising young flamenco dancers of her generation

Following this achievement, Sara Caro joined the cast of Tablao Flamenco Cordobes in Barcelona, one of the most prestigious venues dedicated to flamenco in Spain. Today she performs regularly for international audiences, bringing authentic flamenco in Barcelona to visitors from around the world.
