El Yiyo is a young flamenco dancer from Sant Roc, Barcelona, who grew up on stage, putting together technique and effort to stand out in the flamenco world.
Since little, his passion for dance made him train in contemporary and classical dance, allowing him to widen his versatility and resourcefulness on stage.
At the tender age of 18, he has already performed as main attraction in more than 20 national and international festivals, in particular with the production El Yiyo: Sueño Flamenco, which has led him to perform in emblematic stages in Barcelona such as Teatre Apolo or in the cicle Catalunya Arte Flamenco, along with flamenco figures such as Mayte Martín, Duquende, Estrella Morente, Chicuela, Argentina, el Capullo de Jerez, Juan Ramón Caro, Pitingo or Miguel Poveda.
He has shared stage ith many other great flamenco artists such as Farruquito, Juan de Juan, Eva la Yerbabuena, Duquende, Guadiana, Montse Cortés or Pedro el Granaíno, among others.
Tablao Flamenco Cordobes, in its wager to empower promising catalan young flamenco artists, has decided to include him in its cast.
His charisma, authenticity and explosivity make his future on the international stage look bright.
