This August, Tablao Flamenco Cordobes presents a programme bringing together leading figures and rising talents in flamenco. National Flamenco Prize winner Mercedes de Córdoba and Rosario Toledo, recipient of the Giraldillo for Best Show, will bring their distinctive choreographic visions to the stage. Adela Campallo will showcase the strength of Seville’s flamenco tradition, while Juan Fernández will represent the character of Cádiz-style dance. The line-up also features Sandra Cisneros, a prize-winner at the Tablao Villa Rosa Flamenco Competition; Marta Cañizares, winner of the Best Dancer award at Málaga Crea; and José Montes, winner of the Ciudad de Jerez Tablao Dance Competition. They will be joined by Noemí Ferrer, El Tete and El Chino, three Barcelona-based artists representing different expressions of flamenco’s new generation.
