Karime embodies that heritage with a personal, powerful and instinctive style that honours her roots while forging her own artistic path.
Born in Mexico into the Amaya family, she made her debut at just 9 years old and has since danced around the world, including the Festival de Jerez, Festival de Mont-de-Marsan, Quito Flamenco, and the Albuquerque International Flamenco Festival.
She has shared the stage with Farruquito, Antonio Canales, Joaquín Cortés, Pastora Galván and Paloma Fantova, and took part in major international tributes to Paco de Lucía and Carmen Amaya.
