He started to play the guitar very young along with his uncles Paco de Lucia and Ramón de Algeciras, and his cousin J.M. Bandera.

FAMILY: Nephew of Paco de Lucia and Ramón de Algeciras and cousin of J.M. Bandera.

CAREER: He started to play the guitar very young along with his uncles Paco de Lucia and Ramón de Algeciras, and his cousin J.M. Bandera.

From that moment on he started studying guitar with the master Juan Manuel Cañizares.

He started working in the tablaos of Madrid and in the ballet of Antonio Márquez. He spent six months in Japan with Domingo Ortega in a tablao in Tokyo.

He worked for eight months in the Tablao Cordobes in Barcelona, possibly the most important tablao in the world, sharing stage with great flamenco artists. Antonio Sánchez, flamenco guitarist, has collaborated in many flamenco shows. He was the second guitar of Paco de Lucia’s septet and spent four years touring the world with him.
