“Currito de Marbella” comes from a flamenco family and he is the youngest. His brothers Vicente Román and Simón de Marbella are both great dancers; therefore Currito de Marbella has been raised in an environment of singers and flamenco dancers.

FAMILY: “Currito de Marbella” comes from a flamenco family and he is the youngest. His brothers Vicente Román and Simón de Marbella are both great dancers; therefore Currito de Marbella has been raised in an environment of singers and flamenco dancers.

CAREER: Despite his youth, Currito has danced for some of the most international flamenco stars such as the guitarist José Fernández Torres “Tomatito” or the singer Guillermo Campos Jiménez, “Morenito de Illora”. In 2012 he acted as a guest artist in the XXII edition of the Parapanda Folk de Illora Festival (Granada). Recently, he has participated in a show along with Joselito Montoya and José Fernández “Tomatito hijo”, called “Del tronco nacen las ramas” presented in Almería and performed in several halls such as “La Chumbera” theatre in Granada.
