José Fernández was born in a family of artists. His father, Tomatito, and his grandfather, Miguel Fernández Cortés “El Tomate”, have been an artistic inspiration for him. However, his model has been his uncle “El Niño Miguel”.

CAREER: At the age of 13 he decided to start his career and performed, along with his father, in shows such as Catedral del Cante, Peña del Taranto, etc. He is also part of the group “En familia” and collaborates in the project “Nacencia” along with Kiki Morente. He has performed in La Casa Encendida, the Suma Flamenca Festival in Madrid, Bankia Festival, La Mina Festival…
