The artist begins to sing in dance academies in 1997 throughout Andalusia. In 1999, first trip to Japan with the dancers “El Toleo” and “La Tolea”. The group is acting for six months in Osaka. Four months after his return to Spain, they move to Japan, this time to perform in the capital, Tokyo. After his Japanese adventure, María del Mar is incorporated for six months the illustrious Tablao Cordobes in Barcelona, where the famous dancer Joaquin Cortes according to her to be part of a tour that will take her to San Sebastián, Italy and, again once, in Barcelona. In 2011, she participated as singer in the show “in you”, by the Flamenco Society of Luis Ortega, represented in the Temple of Debod in Madrid on the occasion of the celebration of welcome to Pope Benedict XVI. Currently, María del Mar Fernández has launched in 2013 her first solo album “A Woman Cadiz Bollywood” and, among many other performances, that of Canal Fiesta Radio, belonging to the Radio Television Andalusia (LRTV) stands out.
