Tablao Flamenco Cordobes of Barcelona will offer the 'Young Talents Cycle' with the finalists of the CreArte contest.

From January 24 to April 15, 2023.

On December 3 and 4 in Utrera (Seville), the 2nd International Dance and Choreography Competition CREARTE was held with the institutional support of the City Council and promoted by the production company Fábrica de Arte and the artists Inés Rubio and Antonio Santiago 'Ñoño'.

More than 200 participants competed and showed a high level of training and interpretative language, ensuring the survival of present and future flamenco dance. Tablao Cordobes, always committed (53 years) to young talents, has offered its support and commitment to the contest. One of the main prizes is precisely an employment contract in the prestigious Tablao, for the winners of the contest.

Given the high artistic level of the participants, Tablao Cordobes has extended its collaboration, and has invited the 6 finalists of the contest to participate in a 'Young Talents Cycle' that will begin on January 24 and end on April 15, 2023.

The Cycle includes two dancers born outside Spain, 'La Yunko', born in Japan, and Salomé Humeau, born in France. With this, Tablao Cordobes wants to bear witness to the universality of flamenco and its ability to influence any sensitivity that loves an art, which is therefore Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The winners of the Competition, María Carrasco and Rocío Reyes, will close the Cycle.
